Dr Thakur graduated from the University of Queensland in 1998, with subsequent years in Queensland hospitals, primarily RBWH, a stint in London at King’s College Hospital and some time in Occupational Health at Health Services Australia.
He is one of our longest-serving doctors, having joined our team in 2006. He is interested in all aspects of General Practice, but particularly Children’s Health, Men’s Health and Travel Medicine.
He is married with two children and one large dog. In his spare time he likes to go to the beach and enjoys mountain biking, trail running and snow skiing.
